Gloria acquired an interest in art and painting at the age of 10 and eventually chose oils as her primary medium. Her subject normally includes still life, figures, portraits, and occasionally Landscapes

She was born in Los Angeles California as Gloria Jean Savage and moved to Colorado at a young age. Having been married twice, she has signed paintings with several last names to include her maiden name Savage and married names Brink and Gibson.

Gloria’s artistic journey has taken her down the path of realistic and expressionistic styles. She has been greatly influenced by artists John Singer Sargent and portrait artist John Howard Sandon. She sells her work to friends and collectors via the Internet which enables her to work from her home. She often participates in local art shows where she has been awarded numerous ribbons and some best of show awards for her work.
